Ha. They're pretty much not below 140th St. at this point. Even in the somewhat crappy looking places in West Harlem, there isn't really much crime and it's all Hispanic anyway.
100th St & Bdwy is all white pretty much.
Now, on the EAST side, I wouldn't walk anywhere above the 96th St. FDR Drive exit.
