You talking about video podcasts? Do you know how to use any video editing software? (Do you even have any?)

I would start with an audio podcast if you have no experience.
Youll need a mic, audio software, hosting, knowledge of the previous 3 things and content.
If you want to do video youll need a camera and video editing software

the easy way to start is by using ourmedia.org to host your files audio or video, then blogger.com blog to create the RSS feed and finally feedburner.com, feddburner.com has instructions on how to start a podcast.

It's the easiest thing to do - the recording that is. Check out PodcastAlley.com's forum. There's a lot of good info for newbies. Also check out Podolicious.com, it's a Digg type site but for Podcasts. What are you planning to do? Good luck.

Are you sure you're not talking about Pal Talk? That's the webcam messaging service that the show is using.
If so, it's http://www.paltalk.com. If not, then refer to the above.

You need to record the audio.
Depending on how advanced you want to get, that can cost anywhere from $20-$300 (mic, headphones, mixer, compressor, etc)
You need to upload the audio to a server.
This price varies. You need to find a place where you can host your podcast audio files online.
The rest is free. You can use blogger and feedburner to create a podcast - which are just blog entries with a link to an audio file.
