If the replay is going to be at midnight, what does that mean for the schedule? Here's my guess:

6am - 9am O&A Freefm
9am - 12pm O&A XM/Worst Of
12pm - 3pm Ron and Fez
3pm - 6pm O&A Freefm replay
6pm - 9am O&A XM/Worst Of Replay
9pm - 12am O&A Freefm replay OR Patrice OR Lazlow OR insert other show
12am - 3am Ron and Fez replay
3am - 6am O&A XM/Worst Of Replay

I would have thought they would have had the Ron and Fez replay 9pm - 12am to avoid splitting up O&A's 2nd replay, but I'm guessing they kept it that way so that O&A would for the most part maintain both afternoon drives, and so that Ron and Fez' replay would not be pre-empted by Patrice's Thursday show. Sounds like a pretty good schedule to me, no?

My only problem with the new schedule is the exact same problem that I had with the schedule when they first started. People who listen to the show on the way to and from work will end up hearing the exact same material traveling both ways.

For example, say someone works 9-5 and has a 1 hour commute. The commute between 8-9pm will be during the third hour of the FreeFM show. With the extra hour at 6am, and the replay still starting at 3pm, the commute between 5-6pm will be during the replay of the exact same third hour of the FreeFM show.

When O&A started, the answer to this problem was to get rid of the replay of the music hour that was running from 5-6 and then replaying later in the day. With the one hour block to allow them to go into overtime between 11-12 added, I don't know if there is a solution to this problem.

I currently have an XM Commander in my car and a Myfi in my office (as well as XMonline and DirecTV at home). The only answer that I can think of is to get a second Myfi so I can record the show in my office using one Myfi and then take that Myfi to the car at the end of the day to listen to the recording while I have put the second Myfi into the docking station to record the next day's show. However, swapping Myfi's every day seems like a lot of work.

like instead of seperating the fm and xm shows just say ona 6-11 fm/xm? cuz thats just looks like the most confusing crap, cuz there still heard from 6-9 on xm too

and wouldnt the replay of the whole entire show be on xm too? so why dont you say that instead of makign it sound liek you wont be able to hear the first 3 hours on xm (replay)

I'd love for R&F to just show up around 11 everyday still and do some AFRO action until the boys take off. It'd work out perfectly if they just end up rebroadcasting O&A from 3-9 and then R&F right afterwards.

In the perfect world, Moe, the Radio Cunt would be some other timelsot and R&F would be afternoon drive on FreeFM AND XM.

6-9am: O&A on FreeFM/XM
9-11: O&A on XM
11-1: Best of OA or AFRO on XM
1-3: Ron & Fez on XM
3-6: Ron & Fez on FreeFM/XM

sometimes (depending on my schedule) ill tape the 3AM replay or whenever that is now through to the live show. For whatever reason u can get like 8-10 hours on the myfi if u tape talk shows. This way u get 2 shows at once

Everyone should take a chill pill about R&F. I'm not necessarily a fan of theirs (although I check them out on occasion) but O&A did say they have plans for them. It may not happen tomorrow or next week but I'm sure something will break as soon as XM launches channel 203....

How many months has the "Big things are in the works" bullshit line been sold? I see how quickly talent gets taken care of with Lazlow.

That was the original bullshit line that got many of us Ron and Fez fans onboard in the 1st place, promised this midday shit would end and we'd get at least a replay closer their normal timeslot.

XM 203 will not launch anytime soon, probably not this year, they are already promoting oprahs channel 156 for spetember.... so my guess is 2007 for a 203 ....if ever
