But here's the key.

Someone has to step up to the job, because Ron and Fez do not fire people. They just don't. So someone else has to show up to relieve him of his duties.

If I see him here at the Jersey Shore (Asbury Park to Spring Lake) I'll buy him a beer or 5, then get sick of his voice (and innate stupidity) and ditch him after goading him to make racist comments in front of people

I was split between him being there for the long haul, or him being there until the end of summer. He is such an asshole that I wouldn't expect him to be there much longer. But... He is such an asshole that he may stay for a long time. I haven't heard Ron & Fez in a long time, how is Roberto doing with his water stunt?

The only producers Ron & Fez had that lasted for a "long haul" that I know of were J-Dubs and Billy Staples.

And J-Dubs was so much better than East Side Dave on the air (if you haven't heard J-Dubs on Ron And Fez, find the files on ronfez.net. He was certainly the closest thing to a real third mic the have had), and Staples was both a better foil for Ron than Dave is and did more (or at least was credited for doing more) behind the scenes screening calls and such.

At least Dave will enjoy his summer off in that "resort town" of Spring Lake.

the show has run smoothly and has sounded like a million bucks lately. he needs to get better but he's 10 times the producer harry was (who I didn't hate, just felt like he was unprepared for the job.) East Side Dave has a great personality for the show, quite the opposite of Ron and Fez's subtle humor. he's a great foil for the holy trinity of Ron, Fez and Earl.

East Side Dave is good. I enjoy him on the show. He's no Sparkle Pony, but who is?

I love Roberto. Please, please, please more Roberto.

As for Harry... it will add to my work load if they bring him back. I will be e-mailing him suggestions on how to kill himself for maximum pain and entertainment value every half-hour - that is how much I hated him.

In summary:

East Side Dave = Good
Roberto = godlike
Harry = a chainsaw enema

Technically, the producer with the the longest tenure with the Ron & Fez Show was likely the Hawk. People sometimes forget him because he didn't get as much mic time as Staples, Dukes, Joe Poo, Mikey D, Giant Brian, etc.

East Side Dave sucks. He's radio cancer and brings the show to a screeching halt everytime he's on the air. Im forced to turn the show off whenever he's on because I cant stand the fact that he actually gets airtime.

I dont know, he may be a prodigy behind the scenes but he absolutely sucks on mic. Unfortunately he'll probably be around for the long haul.

I have said this on a previous thread but there are days when he is great and days when I want to drag his face against pavement. So for me the jury is still out on wether or not to like him. However I see him being there for the long haul, he seems pretty close to R&F so I doubt he would be leaving any time soon

I like Dave. He seems to bring tons of energy when he is on.

On another note. I like Bronx Johnny for some reason. I hope he ends up as an intern who gets a job.
