I think that Lav Coles has a nice week against a poor Titans D. If your in a deep league, I think that he warrants a start this week.

Frank Gore also warrants consideration as a RB2 against an overrated Arizona Cardnals defense.

Laverneus isn't a bad call, and I was actually considering Pennington as a potential sleeper QB this week. I didn't go with Pennington because I still start everyone on the list of sleepers at QB week ahead of him. Still, Coles is probably a solid bet.

I'm not high on Gore this week. I think the Cards are going to put a hurting on the 49ers which means the 9ers will be throwing a lot to play catch up. That's a big part of the reason I like Antonio Bryant this week. Although I wouldn't look at Alex Smith because of interceptions.

Why do you think Willie Parker will be a bust? With Ben R out and Hines not 100%, I figure he'd be a great RB for week 1

With no passing game (and I expect the Steelers to have none with Charlie Batch as the QB), the Dolphins will be able to stack the line to shut him down and try and make Batch beat them.

Yeah that makes sense. I'm hoping for a lot of running tonight. Have Ronnie Brown starting in 1 league and Parker starting in my other.

Blaylock is starting, not Gore. Its going to be a 4 man rotation at RB for the Jets, so Gore sits for now.

Blaylock plays for the Jets, Gore plays for the 49ers...

Umm sir, Frank Gore plays for the Niners. I highly doubt the Jets RB situation concerns him much.

Let's just say my picks this week were absolutely awful.

In my defense, though, Week 1 is the toughest week to call by far.

It SHOULD get better from here on out.

Good Luck bro

I need all the advice I can get ......

I want to know your guys' opinion on trade I made in another league:

I gave up:
Stephen Jackson
Fred Taylor
for
Kevin Jones
Lawrence Maroney

I think that's a good trade. Fragile Fred Taylor is only gonna disappoint you and Laurence Maroney is definitely only gonna get better all year. I think he'll be top 5 running back by end of season.

Huge mistake giving up Stephen Jackson, Fred Taylor has some injury issues but Kevin Jones still have showed nothing and while Maroney had a good day yesterday he is still going to get carries taken away by Dillon. You got shafted big time.

No it would be my dumb mistake since I proposed it to get Maroney I had to make the deal a little sweeter

I disagree on Maroney...he's got definite value if you play in a keeper league, but he's going to split carries all year unless Dillon gets hurt so his value is limited in a single season league.

Steven Jackson's the best RB of the bunch. In fact, with Portis's injury, you can make an argument Jackson is the #4 RB behind Tomlinson, Johnson, and Alexander this season.

Ya nailed the McNabb, Warner hits and the Green bust. MIssed on Vick and Eli though. Not too bad for week one.

In a keeper league you get to keep players on your final roster. How many you get to keep depends on the league.

Sorry bro, but that deal you made was awful. Jackson is a solid RB who is a lock to be a top 10 RB. "Fragile" Fred Taylor has only missed 8 games since 2002 years and should be a top 20 RB and has a shot to be in the Top 10. Assuming Dillon stays healthy, the guys you got in return are a stretch to crack the top 20. You should have gotten more for Jackson IMO.

Do you at least have Dillon as a handcuff?? If so the deal makes some sense on your part but you still got shafted.
