Default If Than & Sam Had Another Show, Would You Listen?

I think they bring entertainment. I mean, you might of hated it, but I bet most of you claiming you hated it listened to every minute. If Pitzy becomes an official third mic, then it'll be pretty good. I just want Tony to die, he tries to be like East Side Dave.

I would listen to another T'n'S show.

I have to admit the first half hour was funny but after that it went downhill really quick.

They're GETTING better. Last time they were only funny for 15 minutes. They just need to stay on point. I think a BIG part was the fact they were unprepared with little material, and tony really brought down the show. If they over prepare, have Pitzy on permanent third mic, and for fuck's sake get rid of Tony, they'll have a good show. I just hope E.Lo gives them another shot.

No, not unless I need background talk radio, but that was the same reason I used to keep the radiochick on back in the day on NEW.

i peeked in for about an hour, the show was a little raw but not bad for beginners (behind the big league mike)

their chemistry was not to bad either

like i said i think raw but not un-listenable (look out J V and Elmiss)

No, please no.... The show should never be aired again, and the tapes it is recorded on should be burned. Than is the only saving potential, but I'm not sure how he can be salvaged.

Default If I am around...with nothing else going on...

Than has potential...

Pitzy is an untapped resource...

But save for a complete miracle, Sam completely blows....

I don't even mind an annoying voice, but Sams 'take' on nearly everything was completely terrible and Than's role as his 'foil' was completely ineffective.

If Than would let go of his own 'reigns' and unmercifully douche on what an idiot Sam and his views really are (while keeping the love), we could have something here....(Ron & Fez anyone?)

There were hints of this, especially during the 20 minute disjointed Sam explanation of how movies 'are not real' and that clapping and cheering in the theatre will not 'change the course of the film'...but Than went really soft on him.

I don't blame Than, they probably generally like each other as human beings...

But if you want something special, sometimes you have to take off the gloves behind the mike and know it is just bit.

Op & Ant should heed this same advice sometimes with Jim "I overpoweringly hate everything" Norton... OH SACRELIGE !!!!! YOU SAID SOMETHING BAD ABOUT JIMMY (I own 'Burt & Dick on VHS so fuck off)

Yeah, thats right, I truly think Lil Jimmy needs to be reeled in sometimes, but neither O nor A seems to have the nuts to do it.

I love the Than and Sam. Great stuff, just no Tony.

Like EP just said, no Tony, but Pitz is funny as an every once and again drop in.

This show kinda reminded me of some of the good O&A stuff when the were just alone talking to each other, which were some of my favourite times for that show. I also got a little Ron and Fez vibe a couple times, mostly when Than was talking down to Sam as though he was talking like a complete crazy person.

I'm a big supporter of the Than and Sam show.

I would definitely listen again. You can't be perfect right away. They definitely deserve another shot. One suggestion: put them on in the afternoon instead of night... I've only been able to catch the show thanks to my Myfi.

I was all excited for the Saturday night show. I scheduled my day so I would be driving at night, and ended up listening to some E! true story. The show started off well but went nowhere but downhill form there. I even though well maybe they are doing some bit about being absolutely dull and boring on purpose, but then figured out..... yep thats all they got. Pittsey was the star of the show and think they should give him some air time and see what he can come up with.

Honestly I think a great Saturday night show would be an East Side Dave show or just Jimmy. My opinion Bill Burr has had the best show so far.

I really couldn't get into Bill Burr's show. I listened to the first 20 minutes or so and just couldn't keep going with it. He comes off like a great guest or third mic, but not as somebody leading a show.

But yeah, T&S rules. I wish I would have been home to listen live -- I would have called in about the time I had to wrestle a blind kid when I wrestled years ago.
