R&F Podcast Help - The Unofficial Opie and Anthony Message Board

Could someone please train me on how to get the R&F podcasts from 92.3 Free FM's website onto my iTunes/iPod? Best I can tell, the recent ones are on my iPod, but I want to get the older ones at the bottom of their page.

I know, I am an iAss.

Make sure iTUNES is set to keep and sync all podcast episodes.

Thanks, but it is. I am so pissed right now that I could take my computer and just take an ax to it.

I click on "get episode" in iTunes, and then sync all podcasts (I only have subscribed to R+F) with my iPod hooked up, and the episode I downloaded is no where to be found on my iPod, or in my iTunes. The only one it is getting is the most recent one.
