I think it's even possible to tweak this mod so icons next to usernames show each person's browser version.

Ooh, finally.
I remember asking Sting back in the day if the parent forum links could appear at the bottom of threads too (best for long listening threads, so you don't have to scroll back up), and he didn't seem to know what I had meant. The drop down menu does this job very nicely too. Glad to have it.

I remember that! ... It was actually because it added an additional query to the database, and thus a little more strain on the server. However, now that we have a much bigger/badder server now, it shouldn't be a problem.
