Conversation with Mike Barnicle

I'm sure you all know who Mike Barnicle is, he writes for the major newspaper here in Boston and he is a personality on WTKK 96.9FM (part of the many stations that O and A may end up on if they broadcast from WYSP)......

Well I walked into the elevator at work today and in walks Mike Barnicle right after me. I introduced myself and had a few radio questions for him because that is my major at school. I then asked him if he knew anything about a possible deal with Opie and Anthony (I mentioned that someone had told me that they might be broadcasting on all the stations owned by the company that ownes WTKK 96.9).............

He gave sort of a smirk and said that he couldn't discuss that topic, I pressed him a little and he said he couldn't confirm or deny any possible deal with a radio show..........then he said "boy I wish I had fans that would care so much about a radio show."

That Barnicle is quite the hack writer, always making up crap and stealing others work too pass of as his own. He's also one of the reasons that station stinks like vaginosis.

He can't confirm or deny because he's so far out of the loop he might as well do his radio show from a different station.
You should have told him he has no rabid fans because his show stinks. I would have wished him AIDS ala lil' jimmy.

He doesn't work at the globe any more. He got canned a few years ago when some of his work was found to be ficticious.

I posted a response saying that hoo hoo hoo didn't know what he was talking about, however I had to erase it because hoo hoo hoo does know, I checked this guys credentials out and he is a jack ass..........I remeber him having problems with the Boston Globe, I was just excited that he was reluctant to divulge information about o and a.......he really did kind of smerk when I mentioned them......
