Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier's "Smodcasts" can be heard 3 times during the weekend on XM 202 -The ViRUS.
Saturday 6-7AM, 8-9 PM
Sunday 2-3 PM
Kevin Smith is the famous director/Actor and Scott Mosier is the producer of Chsing Amy, Dogma, Mallrats, Jersey Girl, Clerks II.
Their Smodcasts are podcasts that cover whatever they find interesting that week with a strong influence of the geek culture.

I enjoy it when I hear it. I despise the music bed though. I don't need to hear your favorite tunes the entire time you talk.

I like it, I think it fits the show well, and its quiet enough that it's not distracting.

What happened to the Smodcast and/or replays on April 12th? They usually run them 3 times on the weekend but nothing at all on April 12th.

I'd like to know too. Hopefully there isn't any problem, I love the days Kevin is a guest in studio.
Possibly it's something simple, like XM agreed to a certain number of smodcasts on 202 and that amount happened. Maybe Kevin wants people to go to Quickstop to get them instead.

I always snagged them off iTunes so I have them for later listening. I thought it was a great idea to have them on 202 also but sadly that has ended. Back to the iPod I guess.

We'd like to continue SModcast, but QUICKSTOP ENTERTAINMENT and XM have not come to terms to continue broadcasting. Its a matter of money.
