How to remove people's signatures:

Click on
Edit Options

go down to:
Thread Display Options

and unclick
Show Signatures

you can also disable avatars and images.

Because it's way too big. I always have sigs turned off.

I have an issue I could use some help with.

I can no longer add *any* kind of photo to my signature.

I am complying with the size rules - and have attempted to add a 486 x 60 (18 KB total) image to my sig - and it won't take. I've tried the direct upload and the hosting method - and neither works.

Can someone look into what the problem may be?

Somebody had like a 7mb gif file. I had to turn them off it was F-ing up the thread for me.

For a while I used to browse the Bag in "Pat Battle Mode" because I hated the sigs.

Now I don't mind most of them.

You can't upload a sig to the board.

Try the format of:
[img]http://path.to.your.image.hosting.place/your_image.jpg[/img]

It is possible that where you were trying to link it from doesn't allow off-site linking.

It works just fine. I have it disabled though - no need to upload sigs to this server when there's plenty of other places to host images.

I have AdBlock, but it's running on IE8. I even tried the new fancy firefox update that came out the other day, and it still sucks.

And I wouldn't mind what you use, but these firefox people attack ie for all the wrong reasons. I'm sick of hearing how much faster it is, becaus it's not.
