I'd take a wild guess and say it's the filter at your work. Allows the "h" and disallows the lack of an "h".

This may be a stupid question, but how do they know what Wackbag is to even block it? One day at work I could no longer access the site.
Is there a list of "bad" websites that IT gets through subscription, etc.

The last company I worked for used an Astaro firewall to do it. Astaro updates their blacklist daily and the firewall would download the latest one from them nightly.

I got blocked once while using a Hospital wifi. Pissed me off. I use an ATT aircard now. I'm glad to see others have figured out how to fool the nannies.

It's a combination of meta info and web-crawler spiders (that process content & language).
This is also why certain words are censored from the board - to try and keep 'under the radar' as much as possible. It's not 100% effective, but it helps out a bit.
