Only a few days until it starts up. Who is number 12???
I hope it's betta than the thud season.
Seriously though, I don't even know if I care about this show anymore. Guess I'll watch the premier and find out. Maybe with the end of the show in sight they'll stop meandering around for 75% of the episodes.
Starts April 4th. Considered making this thread myself. I just watched the entire series again, finished maybe a week ago. People bitch about some of the filler eps in the 3rd season but they're really not bad. Shows feel a lot different when you don't have to wait a week to see the next one.
Isn't the 12th Starbuck? Aren't the 4 new ones 4 of the final 5, with Starbuck being the 5th?
They said "no" in the rumors.
I saw there was another Battlestar coming in EW
Oh. I assumed that was the only way she could un-explode herself.
i thought they were going to go to 2012? i didn't realize that they were wrapping the series up
no, it has always been planned as a 5 year or so show...It is one of the best shows on tv and I had no prob's with season 3...
There were a few ups and downs in the third season but, overall, it's a great series and there is nothing on the horizon to replace it.
What the hell is the SciFI channel thinking, they keep killing off all their great series (remember when Friday night was "do not disturb" viewing for three hours?) and the only original content they seem to produce are those horrendous Saturday night "Original" movies. EECCHHHHHH!
farscape and stargate...sniff...Miss Farscape...
But BSG does have a finite life span..I have more respect for a show that runs it's course than one that milks it for YEARS ER
I watched that "What the Frack" thing on Scifi.com. I've been missing a pretty good show. I've been catching up sort of on Universal HD but they're on like season 2 or 3, that doctor is the vice president and they just found some planet that is supposed to point them somewhere and Starbuck just got an arrow of athena or something. I'm gonna have to rent/buy the dvds.
They're not killing it off. The show actually has an end.
Yes, but Moore would have done another season or two before ending it. He also would have had Caprica run concurrently and past it.
It would not be so bad if they had not pushed the start date back so long.
I'm thinking of changing my name to Miss Farscape. I'm not a trannie but I miss that show. I just started watching the DVD's again. As for BSG, I'm trying to get through the 3rd season on DVD right now before the new season starts again. Could they have waited any longer to release the DVD's?
They used to play it late night on Sundays on upn..I would sleep, wake up watch. go back to sleep...I didn't just like that show........
I looooooooooved It!
I didn't know it was ever possible to fall in love with a show before but that's exactly what I did. I  Claudia Black
Throwing this Waay off topic...but I loved the SG1 where they di a Homage to it...
I would throw up the hot pics of Katee Sackhoff from EW but I cannot find 'em on the site!!!
The black Dress and Building ledge one gave me a stiffy!
I wish this show was streaming online like Lost is. Just have to get the dvds from netflix.
Hulu has episodes
i wish they would have run the reruns for the last few weeks, i hate to have to buy the DVD's of the show but im starting to forget some of them..
When BSG is gone, that leaves precious few good series on SCiFi. Dr. Who...and then....um, well, eh...er...
I liked Eureka a lot, but no word on if that is going to do a third season...
Looking forward to Friday's episode tho. Hope it doesn't suck.
I've been rewatching the third season and loving every second of it. The show is still is good as ever and I cannot frakkin' wait for Friday's premiere. Now that The Wire is done, it's the best thing on TV today.
I'll miss it when it's done, but yea, I think 4 seasons plus the 2 hr. Razor movie makes an outstanding collection that'll I'll enjoy re-watching.
As for the 12th... I thought Starbuck... especially when I noticed in the 3rd season episode "The Passage"... she never seems to have any side effects of the radiation, while everyone else does.
But if they shot that down in rumors... maybe Roslin.
No shit! Enough with the lame monster movies already!
If you're looking for fun shows however, BBC America has two tha tI like quite a bit: Torchwood, which is on now and a spin-off of Doctor Who, and RObin hood, which starts season 2 at the end of the month.
