Finally. Its a few months late but we've got hockey to watch. GO FLYERS!!

Hmmm. I guess I just could have put 2013. Oh well. If someone wants to fix that cool, if not, fuck it.

I'd leave it. It differentiates it from the next season that'll be 2013 too.

Curious to see what the schedule will be. Guess they won't have those
long off periods between games. That's a plus.

I also think they may have a chance to dump Pronger since he seems
to not be improving and may never play again.

That makes sense. Good call.

From the sounds of it you would think they would have a game every other or every third day.

Looks like game 1 is the 19th at 3. They bumped the
Penn State/Vermont game back to 8:15.

Then off to Buffalo for a nooner with the Sabres.
Early start so it doesn't conflict with the NFC/AFC
championship games.

Yeah, the full schedule isn't out yet.
They are saying there should be 5 games against
division rivals and the rest will be east conference games.

No western conf. games to cut down on travel.
Short schedule means they'll keep things tight.

Can't wait to see the full schedule
I'm hoping for a bunch of games on the old Versus channel that became NBCSports
We started getting that on Direct TV at work a while ago
Plus whatever games are on NHL that don't get blacked out

Yeah, I can't imagine trying to watch a game on a phone
can be that easy. Maybe an android tablet but I'm not going
that route. I get all the games on tv so I'll DVR what I can't
see live in case there's any great highlights.

Been out of commission for a few weeks, but it's great to be back and even better that hockey is back too. Let's get this shit started!

They can't buyout a player on LTIR (compliance buyout or not) because they are already getting cap relief. Pronger would have to pass a physical and be cleared by Drs to play so they could buy him out and if he could pass those why would you buy him out when he can play

I was going on earlier rumors. There was alot of questions
floating around before they came to terms.
The old CBA rules meant nothing so anything
was possible. Obviously that hasn't been changed.
