Dec 7th Pearl Harbor Day
Always remember and recognize all those who were there.
Actually the history channel is running stuff all day about pearl harbor...I'm watchin as we speak...Really interesting
Thank you to all who served at Pearl Harbor, before Pearl Harbor and after as well.
Today also marks the day, 18 years ago, that the NYS Office of Court Administration made the mistake of hiring me ... another day that will go down in infamy
To this day, when naval ships enter or leave Pearl Harbor, as they sail by the Arizona Memorial honors are always rendered in memory of those killed that day.
In a special twist of faith, the USS Missouri, the battleship on which the Japanese surrender was signed, is now moored next to the Arizona memorial, two icons, signifying the start and end of the war in the Pacific.
Rest in Peace.
It is a sad day, but, now, we will have the memories of the BabyFuck bash after tonight, so that is a plus!
thats almost as many dead as the currant 4 year war,,,, amazing....
I visited Pearl Harbor in October of 2001 for the first time. Very somber place considering what had happened a month earlier. And the USS Missouri had just been docked there.
