Begin speculation who Matt Ryan will bomb for.

After getting their asses kicked in the first round, the Steelers could potentially move up a spot or two. I say trade the first round pick for a second and a fourth and use both second round picks, the third round pick, and both fourth round picks on offensive lineman and hope at least 3 of them stick.

The Jets really fucked themselves yesterday. All they had to do was take a fucking knee in OT and take the #3 draft pick. But NOOOOOO they had to play for the win. Kiss McFadden goodbye retards.

That's the spirit. Expect them to lay down and die for a better draft pick. That's the kind of attitude that lays the foundation for a winning team.

What good will McFadden do them without a quarterback? They want to be the AFC version of the Vikings?

Plus, who is to say that someone doesn't trade up to grab him at 1 or 2?

And don't you fucking realize that they were just following the mantra of their former coach, who they just so happened to be playing that game, when he said "YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!"?

Hopefully the Pats will trade down and get some good defensive players. They're getting kinda old there.

Probably not, but you could get a QB who's actually good at the spot like Brohm or Woodson.

Here are some of my picks...

1 Miami Dolphins- This is a tough guess because there isn’t a clear-cut number one and Miami is trying to trade out of this position. In any case, because of the amount of money a number one overall pick is going to command whether Miami keeps the pick or not it looks like a QB will be taken and not McFadden or Dorsey. That leaves Brian Brohm and Matt Ryan. Right now most people say Ryan has the edge but I say Brohm is the better QB and they will come out in the combine (that is, if either of them take part in it).

Pick: Brian Brohm

2 St. Louis Rams- They don’t need McFadden even though he may be the next best pick but they do desperately need help at defense, especially in the secondary. But you can’t take a DB this high so Glen Dorsey is their best option.

Pick-Glan Dorsey

3 Atlanta Falcons- If McFadden is here it would be hard to pass up. But the Falcons desperately need help at QB. It will be either who is left between Brohm or Ryan, the Falcons may be interested in Woodson as well.

Pick-Matt Ryan

4 Oakland Raiders-Again, it would be hard to pass up McFadden but the Raiders are already going to have a three-way battle for that position next year and there are way too many other needs to add a fourth. The Raiders need help at both the OL and DL. DE Chris Long’s father is Howie Long, a Raider legend. You do the math…

Pick- Chris Long

5 Kansas City Chiefs- They don’t need a RB so McFadden is out. What they desperately need is OL help and the best prospect is Jake Long from Michigan.

Pick- Jake Long

6 New York Jets-The Jet’s seemingly have a major need at QB, and may take a long look at Woodson. But for what it is worth they are saying that Clemmons is their future. If so, no way McFadden gets past them.

Pick-Darren McFadden

7 New England Patriots (from 49ers)- As good as they are they are getting old at the LB position. S Henny Philips would be interesting but I say it’s a LB pick.

Pick- Joe Laurinitis

8 Baltimore Ravens- They need a QB for their future so they take the best one available.

Pick- Andre Woodson

9 Cincinnati Bengals- They need line help, and there are still some good ones out there at this point. But DT is their biggest need so they take the best available.

Pick- Sedrick Ellis

10 New Orleans Saints- The need defensive help just about everywhere, but especially at DB.

Pick-Kenny Phillips

I don't see the Dolphins taking a QB having just drafted Beck in the second round. They'll probably take Dorsey since that defense is getting old quick.

I think the Dolphins should trade Bill Parcels, the No.1 pick, one Patriots game to the Jets for the no. 6 pick and a box of wheaties just so the Jets can get McFadden.

McFadden needs to go to Atlanta. Hes got a troulbed past and family and would really fit well with the Vick lovers.

2 things that will be certain of the Jets in this draft.

1. They will pass on McFadden even if he is there, and anyone else that will make the team better

2. The fans will hate the pick no matter who it is.

At 18 you'll either get Brandon Mendenhall or Jonathan Stewart. Either would be nasty for the Houston offense and would make you a much more potent team.

But again, you need a ton of OL help.

true that.....that would help our offense a lot...and we need to sign an OL this offseason.....a GOOD one
