By default I'm pulling for the Nats in the NL. In the AL I'd be okay with either Detroit or Oakland. Or Baltimore I guess. Just not the Yankees.

True, even I'm flipping. But NFL has kind of sucked today, 6 games, mostly shitty.
It's Cards/Nats time

I know I picked the Nats but I'm hoping the Cards knock them off.

Anyone else see Al Alberquerque field the ball, kiss it and then throw it to first base

2 runs on 0 hits, not bad. Gio at 55 pitches through 2 innings; I like

@ESPNStatsInfo: Adam Wainwright is 1st pitcher with 10+ strikeouts in less than 6 IP in a postseason game.

Cards have bases loaded, no outs.
First pitch, force at home.
Second pitch, double play

Nice Comeback win from the Nats today. Which is huge. Since GIO pitched horrid and Wainwright looked really good today.

Stupid Rain delay during the yankees game now

Bah. I was really hoping the Cards could have held on to win that game.

Hope the rain isn't too long at the O's-Yanks game.
