BEST NOVEL (1595 ballots)

  • Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie (Orbit US / Orbit UK)
  • Neptune's Brood by Charles Stross (Ace / Orbit UK)
  • Parasite by Mira Grant (Orbit US / Orbit UK)
  • Warbound, Book III of the Grimnoir Chronicles by Larry Correia (Baen Books)
  • The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson (Tor Books)

Seems like a perfect time to honor Jordan and acknowledge Sanderson.

I haven't read any of these books. Damn, I am falling behind.

I have only read one but I doubt we are missing much. Nominees seem pretty weak lately.

That Mira Grant chick has been a finalist four years in a row.

The same as a witch, which is what you wrote instead of "which" the post I quoted. Failed attempt at humor? Maybe. But maybe, just maybe, you need to watch more Monty Python.
