J.D. Gibbs, co-founder of Joe Gibbs Racing, dies at 49
J.D. Gibbs, who followed his famous father’s path from football to stock-car racing, died Friday evening. He was 49.
Gibbs’ passing was announced by Joe Gibbs Racing, the family’s racing team, citing “complications following a long battle with a degenerative neurological disease.” Gibbs had undergone treatment for symptoms impacting areas of brain function in recent years.
Gibbs served as president and later co-chairman of Joe Gibbs Racing. Before joining the organization’s senior management, Gibbs was an over-the-wall crewmember and a part-time driver, making 13 NASCAR national series starts from 1998-2002.
I like them for the most part. But a few channels I would like they don't carry. Meanwhile they have a 100 foreign language channels I can't use and don't want. On the bright side, now that Fox has pretty much lost all motorsports broadcasts they finally added FS2 to the package for no extra charge. Convinient now that there is nothing on the channel worth watching. Maybe they'll have some baseball games in the summer.
Yeah I can't complain. Dude signed up for a free 7 day FUBO TV trail and is live streaming it. Dude is a hero. Fucking Comcast. How about you drop the 47 foreign language channels that are of zero use to me. Make those people pay extra for those and offer a channel I can actually watch.
