Those were from the Flying Tigers out of Moody AFB in GA. They weren't "Loaded" with bombs, most of what you saw were empty hardpoints & pods.

Hardpoints are where the bombs are hooked to. They protrude from the lower surface of the wing. Pods are cylinders attached to the wings that are used when traveling. They can be loaded with luggage or supplies. They could also be fuel PODS, same thing only loaded with fuel.
