Pretty sure, yep.
So basically the setup is the dragons battle the white walkers.....is what I'm getting
Three dragons isn't gonna do it. They'd better start laying some eggs if they want a real air force.
What Castle did Khalesi land at, Dragonsomething?
Dragonstone. It was Stannis's castle left abandoned.
I think the Maester's chat with Sam only serves to strengthen the theory that Sam is indeed extremely important and indeed central to the whole series.
I think Sam is going to take Sir Jorah Mormon and high tail it to Dragonstone. Does anyone in Daenerys group even know about the white walkers?
I was watching off HBO NOW and thought the opening scene was an on demand episode I hit by mistake.
That was the best part of the night
He's like a young GRRM. I'm sure that's how he was written.
Was that who was in the cell? Ah ok, makes sense now.
I thought they were flashing back...then when I heard "him" mention summoning all the Frey's back I was like oh shit, here we go son! That opening was quite possibly the best series opener ever.
I thought so too. I fast forwarded through it at first.
I forgot old man Frey was dead until I saw the "previously on GoT..." montage before the show started. As soon as I saw him "alive" in the episode I knew it was her instead.
Given they're all male, what you're saying is that you're down for some dragon incest with Daneyrs.
Actually, Daneyrs' father's castle, which Stannis occupied years later, and abandoned again.
Hard to imagine Varys not getting info on that, at least now he's on land instead of at sea. Still, didn't Qyburn take over his network of kid spies?
Yes, not sure what Varys can offer now.
Actually, it is the ancestral Targaryen castle built with magic by the Valyrians and was handed down through the generations, ending up with Rhaegar Targaryen as the last prince of the castle.
I'm just being that guy for the fun of it. I looked all this up and don't give two shits.
One shit is bad enough.
Good stuff. Dragonstone is spectacular. I appreciate the added detail of them moving through it. Usually it's just 'Matte painting then cut to a set'.
I was listening to old PFGtv clips this morning where Scorch claimed PFGtv had GoT-level ratings.
Every old show clip has become a game of 'find the Greggshells'.
Sam would have to clean it up, too
At one point, I was saying, "Alright, we get it. Shit!, yes, the food goes in and comes out shit. The food looks like the shit"
Hmm go back quite a bit in this thread where I made the same assumption. He basically interacted with every major player especially the Starks
I don't know about you guys, but I got wicked excited when the X-Men landed at Dragonstone.
giant whitewalkers rule
