Another Christmas story

"TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) – Hundreds of people were downtown looking to get help from the
Salvation Army on Erie Street. People hoping to apply and receive
assistance for Christmas were waiting in line because the Salvation Army
extended its holiday giving. However,
it was a frustrating day for many people because of what they received after
standing in line for a few hours. Many cars got parking tickets from expired
parking meters."
