It amuses me every year that ole white trash Anthony can move out to a mansion in the 'burbs, drive a nice car, drink fancy wine, despise the poor, but can't stop going on cruises. I know I know, he gets the nicest suite, but it's still a fucking cruise.

I always think of him as having styrofoam or vinyl Roman Columns in his house, but not even Corinthian style, but the more primitive Doric ones.

I just wonder how long before he runs into the blax and will exaggerate the horrors of surviving the crisis, without using "THAT WORD!"

You'd think with all his dough he'd like to see the world and not just the stretch of the Atlantic from Miami to the Carribbean

Im sure its a matter of preference, but I don't see whats wrong with a Cruise. As long as you're not going on Carnival or during a school vacation, I wouldn't consider it white trash. The ships now are gigantic and have anything you could want on a vacation.

It might be becoming less so, but it's still a lot of people in a small space, and for a guy like Ant who seems to hate groups of people on the whole, it's a strange choice. You never see any real celebrities going on cruises. I'm sure he could afford to rent a secluded villa in the Caribbean just his family. That seems like a fancier choice for a fancy man like him.

I don't know about that. A certain website I may or may not look at from time to time have had several posts about cruises with a large black/young person population and the resulting shenanagins

I would guess it has a lot to do with what his mom and Sal want to do.

I have no desire to see any more of the world than I already have, I'm sure I'd be impressed if I were looking at the Great Pyramid, but there are a shit load of muslims there and I really don't want to be anywhere around them or other savages.

He enjoys it. Nothing wrong with that.

I go to the Florida Keys every April because I enjoy it.

We go other places during the year but I always make that trip.

You'd be surprised how little you notice the crowds. Other then being on the ship on sea days, its just like being in a hotel. Between cruising and going to a place in the Caribbean, I enjoy the cruise more. I think I like not knowing how much money I'm spending and then just putting it on a card at the end of the week. It feels like more of a vacation when you're not worrying about money. I also get bored being in one place too long so the cruise lets me enjoy a bunch of different places and activities in a week.
That said, Im sure wherever Ant goes he doesn't have to worry about money. I also didn't have the luxury of getting a villa either.

That's because he's probably the the most boring person in the world. It's obvious that from his taste in music, women and the three hobbies he has - this isn't an interesting, deep fellow. Let him enjoy his cruise, let him look down his nose at seeing the world and experiencing new things.

'What'd you have for breakfast today Ant?'

'The usual. I like some turkey and a little cheese on wonder bread. I keeps it real.'

I think he'd have a great time in Europe. He'd love places like the Imperial War Museum in London, visiting different battle sites in France and Germany, and seeing castles. He and Jimmy just need to get over their idea that all Europeans shun Americans, which is not even a little bit true.

I never wanted to go to the EU either until 2005 when my parents brought up the idea of an entire family cruise in the Mediterranean. That really opened my eyes. On the first 10 day one I got to go to Spain, Sicily, Italy, France, Monaco and I must say, I had a blast. So in 2010 we all did it again. This time the cruise also hit Tunisia, Malta and Corsica in addition to the others over like 14 days. I seriously had a blast everywhere and most of all I really am happy my 13yr old son has been able to go with me to many different countries. For most of my life I was very against traveling to other countries, partly because of the and stigma of some countries and partly because I feel there's so much to see in the USA first. I have to admit, if the funds come my way anytime in the future, I will seriously consider traveling out of the US again. Although, I have no problem going back to Key West for a couple weeks again on my Harley.

I don't like the concept of being on a ship. Vacations to me are backpacking in the mountains and shit like that. I'd rather fish on the side of a river than off a boat.

That said, something appeals to me about getting smashed somewhere and regardless of where you end up, you still have a ride home.
