a not so skinny chest?

i mean im a skinny guy, only 130, but i've always had lil bitch tits, i mean there not like that disease where it looks like a women's breast, its just a lil extra skin and its been pissing me off for like the last 5 years now, no matter how much i lift or do shit i cant get rid of the extra crap. It annoys me to the point where i get depressed over this shit....i got meaty lil breats like jimmy

When I was in highschool, I had just got off fouryears off football, completly ripped, then started weight training 5 daysa week, I got huge everywhere normaly but still had the bitch tit problem... theres like an extra Y in our bodys orsomeshit... I could never beat my meatyness...

im both fat and skinny. 5-10 #180ish, jeans size 32/33-32 depends on the brand. i got a bit of a beer belly tho i havent drank in 7 yearsand im a lil meaty on top. i have normal legs and skinny arms. for some reason tho i manage to not gross out chicks and make them run. im not proud of my shape, but im not shy either. i do some pretty fuckin serious physical labor for work , but i dont really workout. hell i do stuff most people cant no matter how fit they are. ehhh who cares i always fuck the chicks i want so its no biggie

a coworker has this same problem. He is 6'1" and probably 155 lbs, but has fairly meaty tits. We have just decided that some people are destined to be "skinny-fat."

My advice is to start drinking heavily, eat lots of junk food and refuse to work out until the rest of your body matches the titties.

Triangle pushups (make a triangle with your palms flat in the middle of your chest) will work the inner muscles of the pectorals. Also try doing inclined dumbbell chest flys.

when i was 160lbs, i was benching 250-275lbs, i had a 29-30in waist. if you can bench your own weight be happy, not every guy can. do 3 sets of regular pushups, 3 sets of girly pushups and three sets of pushups with your feet on a chair. repeat 3 times a week and watch your boobies tone up.

You could have a mild form of gynecomastia. You can have this condition without having full blown man tits.

If thats the case, excercise isnt going to help.

ive been plagued with being skinny as a child, then fat as an older child into my teens, then skinny fat, now im just a fucking mess, im 6'4 and 200lbs, at one time i was 165, but still looked fat, i just could never "tone" i always had some kind of gut no chest and NO shoulders, eh, but i can pop a beer can with my 9mm from 50yds with one shot, so that makes up for my awful physical shape, oh and some people think im witty so that helps also

you gotta get the form down otherwise you wont be working out the right spots, if you're doing them right, especially if your doing the chest press laying down, you'll feel it most close to your arm pits. these muscles are hardly ever used so dont over do it plus, to build muscle you have to rest the muscles every other day so they can rebuild over themselves
