Did ya cancel anything during the suspension that ya didn't turn back on? Saying you we're promised free activation when you came back still works I hear.

Try the XMSCION03 promo code. It may have expired but it's worth a shot. If it works, they'll ask you where you purchased your vehicle. Tell 'em anything, it doesn't matter. Do it online, and you won't have to deal with a third world savage.

do what i did, say that you got a notice for the $77 for the year. Even if they still charge you the $15 clams to activate your still ahead of the game.
