After restricting tickets to Sunday's NFL playoff game between the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Florida residents, Ticketmaster and the Buccaneers today decided to eliminate the residency requirement after New York's attorney general intervened.

The policy that would have kept out-of-state Giants fans from getting seats to the game in Florida through Ticketmaster was instituted last week after the playoff schedule was released. It was removed today after New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo contacted Ticketmaster.

Holy fuck, what were they thinking? Wow, all the more reason for the Bucs to lose!

If their crappy team sold out like the Giants they wouldn't have these problems.

What's the big deal? This shit happens to Steelers fans all the time. And yet Steelers fans always find ways to get tickets. I'm sure the Giants fans would do the same.
