I got all my mp3s deleted the other day (long story) but it was too much to go back and just download them all again (it will take forever) is there any way I can restore them?? I tried file recovery but it didnt locate any.

There's better recovery software. When you delete a file the info is still there, it just marks it for being overwritten. It's best you not defrag or download anything until you run a decent recovery program.

Most of the file recovery software out their is geared towards image recovery, but whatever you do, don't use another computer for searching for an answer. Like Bogey said, the more you use that hard drive now means the less you'll be able to recover.

I wish I could do that, I deleted alot of my itunes stuff that I didn't have a backup of (Like Ralphie May's last album).

If you want to build the library up again and can't recover the songs... and can't find other places to borrow them... Gomusic.ru is a good, cheap site.

That's like saying, "hey, is there a way I can un-fuck that troll I did last night when I was drunk?"
