Well, Mr. Feelgood says the abject poor will simply go buy another one, then another, year after year. Someone in a slum in Bangalore or a mud hut village in Africa always has an extra $20 to get another bike with a one year expiration date, instead of a metal bike they can hand down to their grandkids when they are in their 30s.
How do you dispose of it... as it is water proof (so won't rot) and fire resistant (so hard to burn),,,
