Case Fan orientation

    My computer seems fine, but sometimes I fuck with shit even tho it doesn't seem to be broke.
    I noticed that my Side fans had the GPU one blowing in and the one pointed to the CPU was blowing out. Close to the top CPU at a right angle blowing out the back was another fan. Up front is a fan blowing in thru a big grill. It didn't make any sense for the CPU fan to be competing with fans blowing out, so I reversed the top side fan and sure enough the CPU temp dropped two degrees. Not a big deal. Now the positive pressure is lower, with three fans blowing in and only the one blowing out. Will this make case temp rise as a result? My CPU might be running cooler, but Hard drives don't like a lot of heat either. I have a place for another fan on the opposite side, near the Drives, but would this mess up the front to back air flow?
