I know Detroit is dangerous, but I don't think it's fair saying it's suicide to hang there.
Looks like he finally got that champagne supernova in the sky.
I blame Courtney Love.
Never picked him for a swinger.
Always wanted to hang out with him, though.
That's not how you re string your guitar
Not to worry. Eddie Vedder has the pompousness and self-seriousness of seven full bands.
Something I texted to a friend: "He was going to write a suicide note, but he had Nothing to Say."
Of all those grunge dudes he always seemed to have it together the best.
That's what I always thought too.
In Cameron Crowe's excellent Pearl Jam doco TWENTY Cornell is visibly affected when recalling the overdosing death of Mother Love Bone singer Andrew Wood, but is almost dismissive of Cobain's suicide and its impact on the Seattle scene.
It's hard to not think of that footage in relation to this news. And I wasn't even that big a fan of Soundgarden at the time. I loved Pearl Jam but was more into Metallica and Guns N Roses.
I think he's that guy who was on SNL and does the voice of Cyril on Archer.
Sounds like death by misadventure...aka auto erotic asphyxiation.
Only if he had his cock out.
It seems like it was just suicide.
his last concert
How do you know?
His wife issued a statement saying that he was slurring his words on the phone and told her that he may have taken 1 or 2 extra anxiety pills and that's when she called security to check on him. Possible side effects of the drug are paranoia and suicidal thoughts.
Detroit, where celebrities go to relapse or die from drug addictions.
At least he won't have to worry about going hungry anymore.
Of all the cities on earth I would hate to die...one of them is Detroit.
Now his family is trying to argue it was drug related... not suicide...soo he got high on too much Ativan and tripped and fell into the noose...
Why didn't anyone play this one as a tribute?
