Cigar smokers

I smoke a cigar almost every day and would like to get feedback form other Wackbaggers who also enjoy fine cigars.

My personal favorite is the La Gloria Cubana Serie R maduro#7. Its a rich full body smoke, good consistancy from one stick to another. I'm on the lookout for other cigars that are not mild.

Sound off cigar smokers.

Hoyo de Monteray is a good smoke, but I can never get them to burn evenly. Good value though.

Arturo Fuente hasn't made a cigar I haven't liked....I'm a huge fan of the Opus X line and the Hemmingway's, but the Gran Reserva and Don Carlos are pretty good too. The Fuente Fuente Opus X are my absolute favorite thou...not for the cheap at heart, they're usually around $20 bucks a pop.

Macunudo's are all right....not great, but all right. Cohbia's are pretty good the few I've found (we don't get a lot of the other name brands here in IA, but the few places I've found do a good job), as are Romeo y' Juliette.

I tried seveal Opus X cigars, didn't seem to me to be worth the money. So hard to get and the price is crazy. I will say the first Opus X I smoked I thought it was great, but that was about 6 years ago and I like stronger smokes now.

Gotta agree with Fuentes, cohibas, and the macanudos. All excellent, and reasonable. I believe they're grown from cuban seed, even if they're not wrapped in Cuba, so they're really nice. I like the cohibas especially, they have a nice spicy flavor.

BE DIALING PEOPLE!

I've tried smoking cigars, but I get bored. Go to a cigar bar, one of my friends picks me out a nice one, and after ten minutes I want a cigarette.

Seems like a lot of people like; Fuentes, Cohiba (how do you know they are not fake?), and Macanudos.

I had the Partagas Black label (lonsdale) last week and it was great...good full flavor, even cool burn, and had a great aroma.

H. Uppman's. Don Diego Grand Reserves are pretty good as well. Can't go wrong with a Macanudo (I like the Robusto line), either.

When I started smoking cigars I loved the H Upmanns, I haven't had one in years, I'll pick on up on Monday.

Macanudo for me as well.
Never been a big fan of the Mac's kind of mild for my taste. You like anything in a maduro?
