Ok gentlemen, since there has been a good bit of talk about scrapple lately I felt it was time to put to rest the controversy, I put together a video about how I cook scrapple, delicious, delicious, scrapple, I know it's a little long but I'm not a great at editing, I also think I'm going to video other cooking things I like to, I just need to figure out how I want to do that....

I can do the garlic like Paul with that thing. After I made my video I shot it again with my wife I should edit that one in to this one, what would be cool would be to make scrapple from scratch. I do love to cook, and I do love to talk... It will be fun

Spam, scrapple, gizzards, tripe, chitlins. Take all shit, inferring it's both not appetizing, looks awful, and is bad for you, and flush it all down the toilet. Bleh.

I do approve of @THE FEZ MAN video, and would watch more of them.

...can't be worse than his calls into TACS :p....

Hey gots them all piney. Now they are a little yellow and one in the back is on its way out but day all be mines. Oh and I'm from an upperclass suburb so I didn't get the full philly accent... Even though it can be awful if I don't think about it, my wife is constantly teasing me about wudder, crown, sawul and a few others.

Yella, winda, phoone, foood, hoome. We have the same accent down here. I managed not to get it with the exception of wooder. That's the one word I have a philly accent on.

Where do you get your farm made scrapple? I go to Bringhurst out of Berlin Twp. They don't sell anything bad. 10lbs of boneless chicken breasts for $25 isn't bad and their steaks are fabu.

Depends, usually "the dirt mall" aka booths corner farmers market, there are two butchers there that sell it and they are both distinctly different, otherwise I just buy Habbersett or if I'm at some other sketchy joint i will pick up a block if the mood strikes me, I'm going to try and make my own but i need to look into the proper mix of innards and real meat that i need, also its kind of a pain in the dick to get innards unless you butcher your own meat around here, i think tomorrow I'm going to go on a little "meat hunt" I'm also looking for a tongue so i need to do some looking for a real butcher shop that isn't in the complete ghetto

You're gonna spend more buying all the cuts you need to make it than if you just buy a pig and kill it and butcher it yourself. You need the innards, the head, fat chunks, trimmings, ect. All shit that's hard to find and most butchers won't sell it to you.

I make sarsages and I can recommend a great book and I know what hunks of hog to use.
