I think so. They even used the same style of tooning to
make the planes look alive that was developed for Cars.

I guess the end plan is for a movie that merges both series.

cant wait until they make "trains"


just so that they can then make a crossover movie of planes, trains and cars....

drum roll please......

Out of a budget of $200 million,


The box office was $559,852,396.


Obviously they are milking this property like they have done to all their others.

Cars 2 was a tad too complicated for smaller kids.

My grandsons got Cars but really didn't get the drift of Cars 2.

But that doesn't matter. Disney is like O&A, run a bit into the ground.

It works and they make millions.

Cars/Cars 2 were the worst Pixar movies ever. Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy as the leads? Yech! Somehow they've topped it by having Planes led by Dane Cook. This was originally supposed to be direct to DVD but they decided to release it in theaters.
