The problem with the faces of the players - as good as they are - is that their expressions never change as they go up and down the ice. I know it would be hard to fix, but when the player has the exact same neutral look on his face regardless of the action, it looks kind of lame.

NHL07 was the best NHL game ever IMO, better than 94 on PC or genesis. 08 looks even better. I can't wait to buy it.

I agree, NHL 94 still holds a place in my youth though. NHL 94 tournaments with friends ruled.

I played the shit out of it on PC, it was the only game I went through the regular season and playoffs on, and I'm in the conference finals right now in 07, I will win the cup in it before 08 comes out.

Skill stick on 07 just adds a totally new dimension to hockey games. So much more control over the players, really fun once you get used to it.

NHL 08 will feature 29 AHL teams. Awesome fucking feature.

Is that counting the team Lowe is putting on the ice this season? Zing
that's hurtful sir.

I have a feeling how last season went after Smytty left will just be a hint of what's to come this year.

I also have enjoyed the 2K series a lot more but last year and probably this year, EA is back in the game

I've never liked the 2k series, too arcady for me, and the controls blow compared to Ea's
