..... wow .....
Looks like your post count will be slowing down
Shit, I'm 15 minutes behind, had to pause my SkyFi for a few... What happened?
Nahhhhh... now I'll focus on other more positive things.
You sure it's not one more of Earl's lies?
So, this leads us to many other threads we've had. Who will replace him? J-Dubs? Bring back Harry? or the TRIUMPHANT of HERKY JERKY BEN
If eating shit doesn't clinch the job for Dave, nothing will.
I agree, why would we trust him now.
My vote is for Pepper Hicks. He's already done a phenomenal job with the opening song and choosing the "best of's," which were originally Earl's responsibility.
When's the "Saffy Send Off" Party at The Hard Rock?
If they bring back Ben I'm done with R&F.
Awesome work my friend. Saffy Send Off indeed.
I'm not listening...
So Earl is gone?
Or will there be a new "Red Rooster" showing up who happens to be bald, black, and stutter?
i was thinking more along the lines of the Black Scorpion
I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner. I have to admit that in retrospect, Earl's ineptitude was kinda charming and likable. I'll miss sweet, sweet Saphhy.
There was no drama behind it, no speeches, it wasn't a bit.
In the end I feel bad for him and hope he finds his way through life. It was stressful, no respect, and I don't think he was into it.
Earl's good people. No doubt. Was really cool when I met him.
Being in the producer slot on Ron & Fez means you're going to get shit on (or get shit in your stomach, according to today). Good luck to him.
The only thing suprising about this move was that it didn't happen sooner. And the truth is, Earl is a good producer. He's just not cut out to be an Executive producer. Dave isn't even a good producer. He's more of a stupid stunt boy. I don't think they have anyone on staff that will fill the needs of EP.
what could be easier than picking the beginning song?
Pepper does a good job, but I could do it as well. Earl just got lazy
Dave isn't a technical producer, although he can do that.
I'm curious as to what move they make, bring someone in from outside or promote from within?
So i haven't listened to the show yet....is Earl leaving the show completely or just his position as EP
sucks to be earl. He should have taken his job more seriously.
at first it sounded like he would stick around, but then after RNF talked to him, it sounded like he was gone forever.
Unless Al Dukes is looking for work (and he's not) I say just promote from within. Earl's gone, so hire Pepper and Bronx Johnny to fill his shoes. While I don't think any individual has the experience to be EP alone, I think a good team could do as good a job, if not better, as Earl.
