With Erock's special day comming up to show Dr. Ian Smith how well he did on Extreme Fat Smash, I'm wondering if anyone's tried Extreme yet. Am I missing out on anything by sticking with regular Fat Smash?

On an unrelated note, I had a sick thought today. How long until people start calling other shows and posting as "Bobby from Canton"? Definitley too soon and tasteless now, of course.

I wish Dr. Smith would come up with something that's sort of the opposite of the Fat Smash Diet for scrawny little nothings like myself. I can shovel food into my face like it's the last meal of my life without gaining a fucking pound. You'd think my metabolism would slow down by now. I'm 29 years old and can eat like Sam and still look svelt and molestable.

i did the extreme
but didn't do the cardio
i have a semi physical job
foods include
lots of
brown rice (great with low sodium soy sauce)
low fat yogurt
fruit
lettuce/veggie salads with low fat dressing
lots of beans /lentils/chick peas
i used a lot of canned chick peas with salsa
they're ready to eat outta the can
lots of veggies, i boughtbags of frozen
skinless chicken, turkey or fish
v8 juice
if you're gonna do it
get lots of smll to medium tupperware type containers
you can get the reusable/ disposable ones
i cook alot of stuff 1 night
and put it in the containers
so i can grab what i need to take with me
it's really not too bad if you're organized beforehand
i lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks easily
but i wasn't huge to start with
theres a fat smash thread if you search for it
it'll give you more help

regular fat smash: list of foods you can have in each phase, and schedule/exercise recommendations. you can make whatever you want using the foods in the list

extreme: you are told exactly what to eat. each meal is planned and thats what you're eating. for breakfast you're having this, for lunch you're having that. and the exercise is more "extreme". phase 1 exercise is similar to phase 4 in the regular fat smash.

i'm doing the regular but i bought both books, i dont think ill ever use extreme because it's too restrictive and i dont feel like shopping for specific foods so i can have the exact meals.

So, you're recommending "The Erock" diet.

Well, except he never did the "effort" part

Cardio isn't just to lose weight fellas. Cardio is to strengthen your heart so it doesn't get diseased. It's the most important anything in your body- take care of it people. Do the cardio whether you are thin fat or a fucking Jabba.
