Sounds like someone was pushing the limits of what the green concrete could handle.
Crushing injuries in these types of accidents are awful. If you aren't immediately pulled out, your body begins to produce toxins in the blood that usually prove fatal.
I thought this originally was just an incident at mechanic shop when I saw the headline on twitter. I had no clue that a fucking parking structure collapsed.
Damn, the Phillies 3rd base coach was working there in the off season?
Never should have missed the playoffs.
Seriously though, that really sucks. Get crushed, have your legs lobbed
off and you still don't make it. That's a big FU from the spaghetti monster.
If the handicapped, sarcastic doctor who climbed into the rubble to help hadn't put off the amputation so long, they may have lived.
He thought the guy had lupus.
When I read the title I thought of just a house garage.
