Tuesday 30, October 2007 SPRING VALLEY, Rockland County (AP) -- A former National Football League running back was indicted Monday on **** charges involving a 12-year-old girl. The Journal News reports that 38-year-old John Harvey, who played three years of pro football, was accused of having sex multiple times with the 12-year-old girl. A grand jury indicted Harvey on six counts of first-degree **** and one count each of first-degree criminal sexual act and second-degree sexual abuse. He's also was charged with one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. Harvey's case was moved to Rockland County Court for arraignment. He has not entered a plea to the charges. He's being held in the Rockland county jail in New City on $25,000 bail.
