I hate this scum more than anything in this world. When he and my sister were married, he couldn't hold a job. They moved up to PA, because he had warrants in TX and were a financial drain to everyone in the family. Finally moved down to TX, 7 yrs ago and were doing ok, except for the he couldn't keep a job part.

A few months ago this dick decides he wants to be a truck driver, and wants a divorce so he wouldn't have to worry about coming home to a family. Within weeks of the separation, he meets some chick and plans on moving up to Missouri with her. He borrowed 6k from his grandmother, gave my sister $500 for bills, and drove off to run away with the GF. She forgot to tell him she had a BF with whom she shared an apartment.

He proceeded to blow all the money in casinos and calls and asks my sister not to pay the bills and wire him the money. She laughed at him and said their 3 kids are more important.

He hasn't sent any money to her in months. She can't afford to buy her kids the stuff they need for school, and today her car was repossessed.

Apparently, dickhead took a title loan out and defaulted.

Now my other sister, parents and I are trying to get the kids stuff for school and hopefully help her out.

I have decided after many years of observation that any time
the prefix "ex" is used, an f-you is sure to follow.

yeah, I never approved of him anyway.

She met him online while married to her first husband. He moved to FL to be with her, knocked her up and then they married. a decade and 2 more kids later, he splits.
It sucks though, the kids are taking it hard. My nephew didn't play baseball this yr and I don't think he'll play football because he doesn't want to be the kid on the team whose dad isn't there. I wish I wasn't 1,000+ miles away because I love the little bastards.

This guy sounds like a real piece of work. Your sister should've taken him to court for child support the second he left!

On the same note, it is amazing how many dumbshits, go out and play around, find a G.F. and take them at their word that they are on the pill. Bang they are prego, when things start to fall apart, thinking a baby will save the relationship. Not saying this happened here. I had one ex-G.F. claim she was prego, and I said, ok, I'll wait an see what the DNA test shows. She swore I was the only one she was with while we were together for a year. I failed to mention to her, I am fixed, DNA test came back, and you guessed it, It wasn't mine, but she was on the pill the "whole" time, she claimed. See ya!

Happens all the time. I can't count how many of my wife's friends went out
with douchebags and I told her they were creeps. Fast forward a few years
and her friends were divorced with a kid or two.

Then why didn't you object when they got married?
Really? Nobody ever listens. They have to find out for themselves.
Seen it many times before.

I did talk a really good girl friend out of getting married to a shitbag. I knew he was screwing around on her the whole time. I took her out told her everything that i could prove, then got her drunk and angry at him and took her home. When we woke up in bed the next morning, she told me i was right, she doesn't want to marry him anymore. A few years later she met a great guy, they have two kids and are very happy.

This is an important point to bring up. Having proof is fucking EVERYTHING!

If you have proof, go for it. If you don't, you're wasting your time. Just be prepared that any time you make this play, you risk alienating all parties involved for life.

And, also, never underestimate your own propensity for making an error in judgement. My wife's family thought I was a piece of shit for the first 6 or 7 years we were together, now she lives better than all of them and we provide for most of her family in times of need.

This guy's obviously a piece of shit, I'm just throwing that out there for anyone else considering the strategy.
