C'mon... admit it... which one of you fellas here does the gay exercises?

Pilates, yoga, jazzercise, Sweatin' to the Oldies, Master Po's fagercise dancing routine, etc...

The faggiest exercise I've ever done is the elliptical machine aka the fagcycle. Good exercise, but I feel like a complete fruitcake on that thing.

What's faggy about the elliptical machine? I use one. It's a pretty good workout too.. fuck treadmills, they trash your knees plus they're loud and annoying to use in a house. The only upside is watching chicks tits bounce on them.

Sheeit... I do mini-triathalons, and half marathons... a fatbody I am not.

I work out on the road, or in my garage with dumbells and a hunk of old carpet for push-ups.

But you go ahead down to Vanity House Gym in your spandex and feel the burn in your pilates class. Good luck with that.

One "cowboy" at my gym does Zumba, the latin dance exercise. He is such a fucking creep. He wears a cowboy hat to the gym and does the class in tight spandex,,,not only that but he gets so into it that at the breaks he claps his hands all excited and yells, "YEA,,,WOOOO." Very creepy......

Are you in this Zumba class with him to know all this? What a freak. My guess is he's old.


This is a bit off topic but there's a legitimate Kid Rock impersonator that goes to my gym. Someone told me he actually gets gigs pretending to be Kid Rock. WHHHHY would there be a demand for that??

Is that really exercise? It seems more like stretching or some kind of warm up routine... something to keep the old coots in the nursing home peppy and limber.

Is anyone really getting into shape doing that stuff?

There was group of fat broads that used to do Tai Chi every morning in a park by my house... they did it every morning for years on end... and they were still fat broads.

True. But then you can say the same about any attempt at exercise fat slobs do. Just trying to make the point that there's a lil more to Tai Chi for those who practice it without a handful of twinkies.

If done right Tai Chi Chuan is an excellent way to not only lose weight but tone up and relax at the same time. I had dropped about 15 lbs in the 2 months that I was doing it. Then I broke my foot and never went back. Doctor thinks it would be a good idea to start going again to strengthen my lower back muscles and alleviate some of the pressure on the discs which are degenerating down there.
