Geraldo Rivera raised some eyebrows on Friday when he said that a TSA agent "manually *****" him at an airport.

Appearing on "Fox and Friends," Rivera revealed that he had been on the so-called "no fly list" for a long time, until "kicking and screaming" had gotten him removed from the list. Then he segued rather randomly to a story about the last time he traveled to Afghanistan.

"I got manually ***** by a guy," he said. "This guy, it seemed to me, was getting off on it."

"Oh my gosh!" co-host Gretchen Carlson interjected.

"And the tighter I got and the angrier I got, he just wanted to be a little more intimate, and go up here and go down there," Rivera said. "...My junk was junked!"

"I never thought we'd be going here with this today, Geraldo," Carlson said.

The worst part about the no fly list is that they want to take away constitutional rights if you are on the list and they just put anyone on that list that says anything negative about government. No day in court, they just put you on the list and no more 2nd rights.

Where in the constitution does it say you can breathe or walk? Liberty is being able to do what you want as long as you aren't hurting anyone else. And what does your dumb question have to do with what I said? The constitution clearly says you have the right to a trial and you have the right to bear arms and they want to take away 2nd rights if you are put on the list.

My simple question that you think is dumb is asked in response to your statement that the TSA is trying to take away our Constitutional rights. Last I checked boarding a privately owned aircraft was a privilege, not a right. You need to learn the difference between those two words.

If we followed just those 27 amendments of the US Constitution would we still follow statutory law or federal law? If we didn't follow those either federal or statutory law, who would be in charge of either making laws or interpreting those 27 amendments to apply to everyday living? If there are laws, who is going to make them and decide if they are lawful and not? Are you going to let the Supreme Court decide all the laws of the land?

Seems pretty clear to me.

The rights to life, liberty and property mean that we have the right to take every imaginable action except violate other people's rights. Yes, boarding a plane with permission from its owner is an inalienable right, and the government should not intervene without permission from the owner of the plane or reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
