There are a few, I'll admit.

First of all, Seinfeld.

Also, Frasier.

Finally, Third Rock from the Sun

I imagine there will be some debating in this thread.

SportsNight, but they got smart and dropped it for the second season. It was REALLY distracting.

Actually it's quite the opposite of what you think. They didn't want to do laugh tracks, but the company made them. The laugh track you are hearing is actually a mockery of the fact that they are forced to have one.

It's not that they got smart, it's that the bosses did.

Watching Married With Children right now... Not sure if it was used all the way through, but on these older 1st or 2nd season episodes there's a track.

Still good though, with or without.

Married With Children was taped in front of a live audience.

M*A*S*H had a laugh track, right?

The first half or so of The Norm Show was also funny.

I finally gave in and got caught up with Big Bang this summer. It is funny. Another sitcom funny despite it's laugh track is How I Met Your Mother.
how i met your mother is great. after i started watching it, a friend told me about big bang theory and i got sucked into that too.

I think we can count "Live Audience" as laugh track.

What I meant was sitcom, but I thought people would get confused by that term these days. Anything where the actors are performing sketch-by-sketch storyline basically.

I find the HIMYM laugh track to be really low in the mix. I don't think it's nearly as noticeable as most of the other CBS sitcoms.

I'm fairly sure there was a LT, unless I'm completely crazy.
I wouldn't say completely crazy, but if you watch any of the behind the scenes footage, or True Hollywood Story, the studio was packed with rabid fans. It may not have started out that way, but in the last 5 seasons or so it was definitely the studio audience.

I have never seen a single episode of TBBT. I still dig Three's Company and honestly think John Ritter might be one of the best sitcom leads in history. He was damned charismatic as Jack Tripper and the show could not have lasted nearly a decade had it not been for him. Cheers wasn't that bad either.

I have to admit I enjoyed the first season, but once the hot chick fucked the geek they ran out of ideas and it became a parody of itself.
I'll say this. When Kaley Cuoco was out with a broken leg, I didn't even notice she was gone and the show didn't miss a beat. I also think Blossom was a great addition to the cast.

I thought Seinfeld was live. Remember all the hooting and hollering when Kramer would enter, and that last episode where everybody in the audience was sworn to secrecy? I'm sure the laughs might have been "sweetened" (as they say) with a little bit of track mixed in.
