This is bullshit

Dana White after today's press conference in Seattle told reporters that he had spoken to Georges St-Pierre and it looks like St-Pierre's next fight will be against Nick Diaz for the welterweight title.
This is a decision certain to cause controversy, because Diaz is coming off a suspension and lost his previous fight. Unlike with Jon Jones where there was no solid No. 1 contender (although Chael Sonnen wouldn't have been top five), Johny Hendricks had clearly earned the next title shot. But the Diaz fight will make more money.
This also shows White wasn't able to put together the fight with Anderson Silva for May that he was shooting for, which could have the biggest fight in UFC history.

Dana deserves all the crap he will get from this

A loss & suspension = TITLE SHOT?

I think Hendricks has a better chance of beating him.

If GSP loses to Hendricks then they Diaz fight has no meaning.

I think it sucks, I think Diaz shouldn't be back in the UFC, but since they are letting him in, it makes financial sense for him to lose to GSP first.

Is Hendricks fighting anyone while he waits for GSP/Diaz or is he going to just sit on the side lines?

GSP must really still want to beat the shit out of Diaz.

While I personally thought Condit won the Diaz fight clearly, there are a lot of shertard types who think it was a bad decision.

Also, he didn't get popped for TRT or Steroids, he got popped for fucking weed.

Weed.

I hate Diaz, but come on... Weed?

I have no problem with the fight as long as Hendricks gets the next shot.

And as I have said before, as much as I'd like to see GSP vs Silva, I don't think it is necessary or that GSP has any chance of winning that fight.

So.... Stop overreacting, it isn't THAT bad of a booking as long as Hendrick's is next in line or gets a title eliminator (Fitch/Hendricks in a title eliminator would be cool)

Fitch is fighting Maia in grapple fest 2013. Seriously that fight should be fucking amazing if you like ground fighters like I do.

If he wins that, he and Johnny should fight again since he was not in great shape in the first fight. He said at the last UFC he only took that fight because he just had a kid and was broke as shit. I believe him since he was shipped off to surgery like a few days after that fight for his knee.
