So my HD is partitioned into 2 sides. C:/drive is for windows mainly, and E:/Drive is for storage. Games, Porn, Pictures, Movies, Music, etc.

I download a game (or 3) off steam. Where do the game files go to?

Little paranoid as my C:/ is getting kind of full. Can't seem to find the install file for the games, try as I might.

There is no "install file" for the games. They're on your hard drive already installed. The entire folder that contains steam.exe can be moved wherever you want. The games themselves are stored in a subfolder of that Steam folder called steamapps\common.
