Between the diverticulitis and injuries I'm surprised it took him this long. My god he was a monster, though.

He had no injuries outside of diverticulitis, he was in phenomenal conditioning

I guess I'm getting him confused with someone else, but I thought he had to cancel a match because of a knee or something.

Poor guy. He's still a young man, but can't seem to hold a job. Maybe one of the trades would suit him more.

No he was very healthy, all his issues was the diverticulitis
A shame actually

If I remember correctly he had a portion of his colon or intestine removed. Thats a very serious complication of serious gastrointestinal issues. I've had colitis for about 20 years and haven't had to have that done, thank goodness.

Was never a big fan but I hate to see him go. He was very good for the company and the sport. Fare thee well, Mr. Lesnar. Good luck in the future with your colon.

If Brock's not healthy enough to fight, I don't see how he'll be healthy enough to wrestle.
I guess as long as he tells the other wrestlers not to kick him full on in the liver, he'll be okay.

I'd be more concerned about the gay sex of wrestling hurting his repaired colon.

Exactly ... he trained like a nut for the fight ... he is in good shape but cannot get legit hit in that area

I meant no disrespect, Lesnar's a god damn icon for the sport and by far one of the most incredible specimens I know of in any sport, even outside of the UFC. I just thought I heard he broke an ankle or tore an ACL or some shit after he coached the Ultimate Fighter guys with Junior Dos Santos. I was mistaken, give me a break! :haha7:

I mean, that scene that season where his diverticulitis was acting up and Dana was so accommodating and telling him what a value he was to the league should tell you everything you need to know about the guy's work ethic. We all know Dana can be a dick to promote the UFC, but when Lesnar called him to apologize all he would say was how much he needs to take all the time he needs and not worry about the consequences. It was honestly kind of refreshing to see in a professional sport.

Yeah. He would pretty much have to never take a bump and no-sell everything just to be extra careful he never even landed wrong.

Unless someone flying off the top rope is constantly aware of all four of their limbs they could end up accidentally hitting him that way, too.

I hope he just walks away from every avenue of fighting and wrestling. Dude made his point and doesn't need to endanger himself further.

Honestly the guy could have a great career selling work--out equipment on TV. It's disappointing that he didn't reign at least as long as Tim Silvia, though... I fucking hate Tim Silvia and Lesner is so much more of a great example of a heavy-weight champ.

From what I've seen of his training, he tosses around a loader tire and pulls on a big rope like he lives in a gorilla cage.

He can still do his anti-stink spray commercials on the hunting channels.

Are you kidding? 4+ years of fake wrestling takes a toll on your body, now 4+ years of MMA, plus his entire life wrestling. I'm sure the dude has tons and tons of injuries.
