his apartment phone number was either exactly the one that Barnes and Noble printed or one digit off.....so he started to think up ideas he'd improvise off of them....

If he was with them when O&A first got to WNEW, then he's part of the crew that did the "Little Donny" Today show prank which is when Hoo hoo tried to rip them off for the first time.

The boys' first show on WNEW was June 25, 1998. On August 19th, 1998, Chris Rock was on The Today Show. While talking about Ken Starr's investigation of Bill Clinton, he used the words "ass", "crap" & "scumbag". NBC aired this live for the East Coast, but pussied out and edited it from the West Coast feed, claiming to be "protecting the children".

On the following day's show, O&A decided to offer $100 each to any girl who would flash the Today Show cameras, just to show them how much of a family show they really were.

Around this same time, The Upright Citizens Brigade pranked The Today Show with a bogus marriage proposal that ended with one of the guys jumping around with a fake dick. O&A found out who the guys were and had them on the October 2, 1998 show to discuss the prank and their new show on Comedy Central.

In comes Hoo Hoo the next week (October 6, 1998), with his typical "someone told me about this" bullshit. So after O&A come up with the Today Show W.O.W. contest, Howie decides "we gotta start doing stuff outside that window".

But to hear an SFN asshat tell it, O&A came into Manhattan bashing Hoo Hoo from Day One, yet they still were giving him respect on that same day's show when people were calling in letting them know that Howard was trying to steal their idea. :icon_roll

He's actually Little Donny, the guy playing the kid with the huge dick. They did a whole episode about him in their first season on Comedy Central.
