Fellow Opie and Anthony listeners...

I do not know if this sordid claim has been brought to your attention, but a man named Larry Sinclair is claiming that during November 1999 he performed oral sex on then state senator Barak Obama. During the first encounter, which took place in a limousine, Sinclair claims to have used cocaine while Obama smoked crack.

Here is the first video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVeFVtcdSYY

Sinclair has been interviewed on the Jeff Rense Show (aka Sightings) twice. Here are links to the mp3 files. Interview One Interview Two He was also interviewed on The Right Perspective. mp3

Last week, Sinclair agreed to take a polygraph test for a $10 000 fee offered by Whitehouse.com. Whitehouse.com promised to publish the test in full text and video format, but pulled an about face and decided to 'put the story to rest.' The hired polygraphist claimed that Larry failed, but did not explain why the computer scoring program reported that Sinclair answered truthfully. Furthermore, there is a claim that an Obama campaign technician, David Axelrod, paid Whitehouse.com $850 000 to set up a rigged polygraph to discredit Sinclair.

Big Head DC has verified that Mr. Sinclair was in Chicago during the first week of November 1999. Interestingly, Sen. Obama was away from the state senate that week on 'personal business.'

I am reporting this story as is. I tend to think that Mr. Sinclair is a credible witness; at the very least, there should be an honest investigation on the part of the media. This would not be the first time a politician turned out to be gay (remember McGreevey?), nor would it be the first time an elected official smoked crack. Until Mr. Sinclair's limo driver is produced however, there will not be enough proof to implicate Obama in this affair.

I don't trust any post in the current events forum that starts "Fellow Opie and Anthony listeners... "

I tend to think that Mr. Sinclair is a credible witness;
Why? And so what if he did?

Eh.... Maybe this is the big "scoop" that Hannity alluded to a while back.

Without anything seriously credible, it's worthless.

Oddly enough, more men have said they have slept with Obama than with Hillary.

Why? And so what if he did?
He has given specifics and his story has not been altered. In other words, it is credible enough to research. As to why it is relevant...The NY Times was quick to report a story about McCain (someone I am no fan of) allegedly having an affair. But they offered ZERO evidence. They simply relied upon unnamed sources.

Larry Sinclair is identifying himself with details. Is he telling the truth? I don't know. But the media should investigate.

I absolutely agree. Unless hard evidence can come forward, this will be relegated to the dust bin of campaign oddities.

And not only did that story turn out to be nothing but it made the Times look like fools. You really think it's worth investigating whether Obama reenacted the opening to Charlie Wilson's War?

And no, I am not an Obama fan. This story just seems silly.

The story is weak but it is interesting.

If he is gay...then amazingly enough he's lost the black vote.

Like the majority of people here would vote for Obama even without this story. It's like going to a Klan rally and telling them that he's gay.

I don't really care about the story but there's no such thing as a rigged polygraph. It's the equivalent of a rigged E-Meter.

And polygraphs are so accurate and reliable that they aren't admissible as evidence in court :action-sm

There are a lot of factors that go into a poly and some people just can't be read because of their nerves and anxiety.

1. You listen to a radio show focused on paranormal activity and UFO sightings.

2. You believe in conspiracy theories and the people who bring them based solely on their word and without any evidence.

3. Whitehouse.com is included in the story. (This also suggests that the point of this story was to simply advertise a porn site. If that is the case then let me save you some time, everyone on Wackbag knows where porn is.)

4. You write creepy.

5. You support Ron Paul.

Sorry Pal, too many strikes. You are a nut.

Thank you for your erudite responses. Allow me to rebut in kind.

1. No, I do not listen to the Jeff Rense Show (formerly known as Sightings). I do know of the show much like I am aware of many things in this world with which I do not personally interface.

2. I do not believe in 'conspiracy theories and the people who bring them based solely on their word and without any evidence'. I assess and study events, organizations, and claims by obtaining as much information as possible. You are either making an assumption or spent much time studying my posting history, the latter being rather 'creepy,' but I shall save a more in depth discussion on that issue for point four. It does not matter however what I believe; I merely am introducing a news story that extremely well-trafficked sites like World Net Daily and Rense have covered.

3. If you were literate, you would know that Whitehouse.com is not a porn site, but rather it is a nascent blog. The site owner Dan Parisi altered the content of the website. I however knew it only as a blog because I did not visit it prior to February. It seems that you are the one with desires to advertise a pornography site.

4. That is an interesting charge. I have tussled with various forum members here in the past in reference to political issues, but neither party has leveled accusations of 'creepiness' towards the other. Perhaps my abilities to form well-constructed sentences with attention to grammar and word choice upset you. Perhaps those traits are entirely alien to you, Mr. Weakside. In that case, I could see how an Ivy League trained person's writing could in fact be 'creepy.' So thank you for the compliment.

5. I do support Ron Paul. Like millions of other Americans, many of whom are more successful in a single year than you can ever dream to be. You are one of the resident zealots who associates support of Ron Paul with all of the horrors unimaginable. It is unfortunate for your sake that you are intellectually unable to comprehend the actual challenges that this nation faces. In the coming deep recession, you will probably be relegated to some A-B-C agency as a dog crap retriever. That will be your reward for helping elect Barack Hussein Obama or John McCain.

Please indulge me as I add a point...

6. Your volley of pejoratives and insults is interesting. I am estimating your IQ to rest somewhere between 87-93. Of course, that is assuming that you are not party to the Obama cult that has dispatched paid bloggers to attack those who bring up this issue. No, not you. I think you are just a sorry example of what modern society can produce when the human diet is dependent on preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and thimerasol.

To make myself perfectly clear, I am NOT endorsing this story. I am taking the position that this individual is making credible claims that ought to be investigated by news services with the resources to do so. Does that mean the Times should run a headline on this tomorrow? Of course not. But should there be an active investigation and should Mr. Obama face questions as to where he was the week Mr. Sinclair's allegations took place? Yes.

The crux of this matter is that the media is so unwilling to ask any questions of Barack Hussein Obama in reference to his background. He was raised in a Muslim school. He was raised outside of the United States. His record as a state senator is patchy. He has waved off examination of his past drug use by simply claiming it was a 'college thing.'

But I suppose you are right, Weakside. I must be 'creepy' in my writing and a 'conspiracy theorist.' So let's not broach the issue at hand!

You still give it too much credit. NO ONE can be read. It's horseshit. The results are entirely up to the examiner.

Whatever wealth, education, and success you've acheived in your lifetime has been whittled down to this moment - posting gay rumors about a man you've never met as if the act is a crime, when the only criminal act is the slander that is likely being perpetrated against Obama. I'm sure Ron Paul is proud to call you a supporter.

Lord, my life hath been whittled to the nub! All that I achieved is for naught! My whopping 80 odd posts here really reduce my character as compared to your 3 000 plus submissions...

Might I remind you that this is not the ABC discussion forum. This is wackbag.com. If you have not noticed, the stories and commentary found herein tend to have a certain salacious bend. I think there have been references to the rumored sexual proclivities of 'it takes a village' Hillary. But now because it is about Obama, it is suddenly disgusting and slander?

When the Drudge Report picked this up, it became a story. I am sorry if that disrupts your delicate sensibilities.

You know what, I am at least open about who I support for president. Which candidate do you favor? McCain? Obama?
