Not bad. New album is called "The Next Day." Music video for "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)" Why that had to be in parentheses I don't know. In case you're wondering, yes, it sounds just like all the other Bowie songs. HD vid: http://www.vevo.com/watch/david-bowie/the-stars-are-out-tonight/USRV31300002 Youtubez version
I'm really looking forward to new Bowie. Check out the similarity between that video and this one, "Thursday's Child." It's more mellow, but explores the same themes.
I just hope he tours on this album. Never seen him before and I was certain he would make a guest appearance in at least one of the NYC dates of the "Wave Goodbye" tour NIN did. Maybe he will make an appearance at one of the shows later this year. I need a moment...
That's a good one. The first song I heard off this new album was "Where are we now" and thought it was pretty meh. Sounds like something off of "Hours" from 1999, which I thought was pretty awful. The song in the first post isn't as bad.
I saw him when he did the Reality tour back in '03/04. It was at the smaller outdoor venue in Hershey which was awesome.
Me either, I was saying that the new Nick Cave is "a good one", you should get it. Pitchfork gave the new Bowie a 7.6/10 FWIW. Which is pretty good
