Holy shit they added alot of HD channels. I know I'm behind the curve but "I been busy" Now I'm home watching TV bored out of my fucking mind and found alll the HD channels. YOOOOO HORHD got to love a horror flick channel. I watch Subspecies I, II, III last night and saw alot of old school horror TITS including BILL SHATNERS DAUGHTER. Melanie Shatner nice rack. Any way who else has found a new respect for cable? I have.

It's pretty much going to be the norm with all services eventually.

If you want to keep that feeling of respect, just don't look at the bill.

Cable companies must provide hd local channels free of charge(on the basic tier). If your tv has a built in HD qam tuner then screw it in and watch away...

hahahahaha, I watched the first Subspecies last night but then I decided to finish reading Harry Potter.

The Kung Fu channel, Monsters HD...the fucking GamingChannel in HD?? Sweet shit.

I did give them respect for giving us those extra HD channels...but c'mon, how can you give us all of those, but still hold out on ESPN2HD? Fucking pony up and get the NFL Network too!!

I don't have shit out here in NJ yet either. Just the 'usual' lineup. HDNet, Discovery, Mojo/UHD, etc..

Stop rubbing it in! I watch Three Sheets, Planet Earth for the billionth time, BMX freestyle competitions, and Mets games. That's it. You shouldn't be so critical. You get a lot more quality programming. By the way fuck Harry Potter :icon_eek:

I love that my friend has HD. I rarely watch tv on my own and don't see the need for it at this point personally, but its hard to watch sports at home after watching at his house.

This may be a stupid question, but does MSG broadcast the Rangers games in HD (I only got the flatscreen and the new box about a month ago).

Only home games. That is how it is on every system though. Every NY sports team's home games are in HD. Cablevision really did step up with HD. First Discovery Theater and Nat. Geographic. Then Golf/Versus(hockey in HD is amazing), then the 15 Voom channels.

40 HD channels is the most available from any company, but Directv is promising 100 HD channels by the end of the year.

Cool, thanks. Like I said, stupid question.

Sucks that its only the home games, though. Ive gotten spoiled quickly with YES. They show all of the Yankees games in HD, home or away.
