He said he doesn't have time for even doing the road as much as he used to. If your doing a show at like 10 PM every night its even harder to wake up to come in for a 6am radio show.
Not anymore... http://www.examiner.com/article/official-the-nick-and-artie-show-is-now-the-artie-lange-show
On one hand, too bad for Nick. On the other hand, hopefully we'll get to hear him on O&A soon. Vague reason is vague.
Lots of speculation that Artie is back to using and Nick just got tired of it. Some people have commented that it sounds like Artie could have relapsed based on how he sounded on the show as of late but I have no idea if its true or not.
By Liz Brown Bio: Liz Brown is a freelance writer living in Hollywood, California. She has been listening to Howard Stern for fifteen years and aspires to one day scream "Baba Booey!" in a grossly inappropriate public forum. That's quite an impressive bio.
Eeeyuck. I hope the public forum is a train station while a homeless man is forcibly penetrating her anal cavity.
I'm thinking Nick must've gotten fired. He doesn't seem like the type to ever give up that lucrative, steady of a gig. Artie trying to host the show himself is going to be a trainwreck, especially if he's using again.
The Nick and Artie show on DirecTV was what SirusXM should be doing with O&A visually. It was a great set-up. Without Nick on it, though, it is unwatchable. Artie is just too manic and needs Nick to steer him. The guy co-hosting with Artie is ok, but just not funny. Too bad. It was a pretty good mix of sports, talk, comedy, music, etc.
I wonder what show biz lesbian Nick pissed off this time to get shit canned. Patrice always compared himself to Nick DiPaolo before anyone else and for good reason. Nick burns bridges even worse then Patrice did.
Geez he sounds like shit. I like how it appears he tried to pick up his glass and instead his grip slips and it slides along the table.
Fucker can't even pick up an ounce shot. Man, those hosts had no idea. Artie was not ready to be doing shots. He might never be ready for that.
Yeah, I think that video is the reason Nick isn't ready to talk about why he left the show. Oh Artie...
